Beginning in 1983, CaganCo started being retained by private companies to conceive of, form, upgrade, and manage both fiduciary boards of directors and advisory boards. It works with private company owners and leadership to understand the purpose and benefits of boards. It will then assist in evaluating and implementing the most beneficial corporate infrastructure and all the policies, processes, and instruments necessary to qualify as best-of-class. This includes profiling potential members, identifying and recruiting candidates, initiating/expanding the board, and helping the various stakeholders navigate the process of best-of-class corporate governance.
